Is there not an organization tendency to 'suffocate' the accomplishment by
taking what seems to be accomplished and force fitting it into the old
culture (or paradigm)? What Gm has started to do with the Saturn project
is a good axample of an org. letting experiment happen and when it's a
success, drag it back into the same ol' same ol'.
