Ladies and Gentlemen of the Full Court Press:

I'm looking for a new exercise for a team course I conduct. The criteria are:

1) All 18-21 participants are involved at the same time
2) The class is divided into groups of 2-3
3) Interaction between these groups of 2-3 is not essential...
4) Therefore, the exercise is preferably directed at a group of 2 or 3 for
resolution
5) The conflict presentation and the time given over to the small groups for
resolution is very restricted--say, 5 minutes.
6) The purpose is to have participants be able to reflect in the debrief on
their own speedy reactions to conflict, and on the spectrum of resolution
displayed by the groups.

If you know of a simple but effective exercise you've experienced, would
you be kind enough to share it? Unless you think it's something the
entire list may be interested in, send it along to me directly. If I get
several, I'll send along a digest to this list for all to see. In any
case, Rick, I'll leave you as the ultimate arbiter!

Thank you in advance for your thoughts.
Best regards,
