As director of innovation at Emergent Management Consulting I am tasked
with developing new practices for introducing and developing in our
clients competencies for listening, learning, creativity, coordination of
action, vision and transformation.
Our current in-house conversations for speculation are around Darwinian
evolution, self organizing systems, emergence, trust, authenticity,
memetics, linguistics, cognitive science, orientations/predispositions,
disclosive spaces and history. Quite a soup.
Our current speculations with our clients are conversations around
coinvention, trust, vision and leadership.
