"Wake-up Brain" List LO5079

I subscribed to this mailing list the other day and have received my first
Monday message. I thought the message was quite thought provoking and
suitable for this list.
I like Thought for the Day list also and I find some of the quotes people
use at the base of their message stimulating. I intend to use some of this
in within school publications.
