Yes Uri, You have understood what I was getting at very well, and like how
You have expressed it a lot. Lets address ourselves to how the culture of
such adaptive organizations could support all of this. I think for
instance, that the issues of cultures of already existing organizations,
firmly based upon non-adaptive structures, are much different than those
for businesses which have started to emerge from current extra-corporate
networks.
If some of Us think that the notions expressed in this thread are
naturally emerging, what should happen next?
