I haven't looked at the graphics yet; however, I wanted to mention an easy
example of a graphic that was helpful. This particular graphic was on a
systems thinking page and had the general hierarchy of topics indicated in
visible frames with arrows pointing to sub-topics or related categories.

Maybe my note is an example of how the graphic is easier to understand
than just written words! The graphic was just black and white rounded
rectangles and arrows, maybe a total of 30 elements in all with names
identifying each particular item.

If shareable thought went into the design, and thereafter the design was
"trusted", it does provide quick access to information that isn't
"evident" from the beginning of introduction to the information system.
