That's a nice suggestion, Joe. I think that it's actually mentioned in
another place in the 13-page "How to Complete an Employee Performance
Appraisal" instruction booklet.
Briefly, each of the following sections contains the rating scheme defines
in qualitative terms like th example I posted a few days ago:
Quality of Work
Quantity of Work
Job Knowlege
Teamwork
Communication
Ingenuity
Initiative/Goal Setting
Dependability
Housekeeping
Safety
There are criteria in the rating schema throughout the booklet like
"Intuitive knowledge seeker", "Excellent listener; sensitive, reasoning,
mediating"; "Active, focused listener who easily provides useful
feedback"; "promotes continuous improvement among others"; etc.
