It occurs to me that a person who participates in the feedback process
that Carol and Roxanne laid out -- I attempted to summarize them earlier
tonight -- IS a learner. One can undoubtedly learn from other
self-reflective or performance review-style processes, but this appears to
be the most effective learning process yet devised for learning about
one's own actions and performance. Is teaching this self-reflective and
feedback process the heart of creating a learner?
