Joe Hays wrote that he would be putting on a workshop on Performace
Management and he stated

methodology for covering the material and, especially, for presenting it
in a memorable and practical way.
I'd like to give giving design suggestions a shot. I think knowing what
some of you goals are and a little about what content you want to share
during your workshop might give us some guidance in reacting to your
request.
