I recently completed a Leadership and Mastery workshop. The company I
work for is relatively small; however, we could benefit from many of the
concepts covered in the workshop. Personnally, the learning
continues..... I'd be interested to hear how people in smaller
organizations (less than 300 people) are introducing the concepts. I was
thinking of small discussion groups...perhaps a book review discussion
group.
