Dear Rick,
Thanks for asking. As a modest suggestion, I'd be interested in a
conversation (following on our earlier exchange "off board") on the nature
of LO ideas/approaches as intellectual property. Is there something
unique/distinctive about what we're about here that challenges the notion
that ideas, even severely practical/applied ones, can become "owned" in
the sense of property? if so, how would we determine the boundaries?
And thanks, as always, for your remarkable commitment to helping us all
have these conversations.
