My view of this learning process in organizations is more dynamic.
I would suggest that the value of information in the history is determined
by each stakeholder individually. Therefore, in an organization that
appreciates *every* member's ideas, the net is cast much wider for
understanding and acting on historical information. This is true because
no one person is saddled with determining the worth or strategic value of
information.
Information is parallel processed by all members.
