Intro -- Howard Hale LO4437

I am new to the concepts of a learning organization but have found many of
the conversations I have observed of great interest. I am currently in an
assignment for my employer, Frito-Lay, Inc., to assist a nomber of our
plants implement SDWT's and a Continuous Improvement Process. I have been
in mainstream manufacturing/operations for my 20+ years in the food
industry and have been in my current role for about 1 1/2 years full-time.
My interests include a wide variety of topics related to organizational
change, teams, management role change, etc. This is a major undertaking
for our Company and is a national effort that will touch some 40+
facilities.
