It's great to know about 3M's policies that promote creativity. I am
hoping that some day it will actually translate into creating an overhead
projector that is user friendly, recognizing that just about every time I
have ever seen one in use (whether 3M or otherwise) there is usually a
scene where a group of people huddle around it to try to figure out how to
make it work. Also one might note the fact that the creative use of
optics recognizing the environment in which these machines are used might
suggest the possibility of listing all of the problems encountered in the
environments in which they are used that involve difficulty of focusing,
difficulty for the total audience to see what is being displayed, the
total assumption that every transparency will be 8 1/2 by 11 in spite of
the fact that much of what needs to be shown today requires larger pages,
etc., etc., etc.

I do love those post-its and Scotch Tape!
