It is confusing when people use analogies such as the football
team. Are they referring to the team or to the organization? I don't
know why, but most of us fail to recognize that the football team we see
playing on the field is really the one of the tools used by an
organization called The Philadelphia Eagles (for example!). There is a
lot more to this organization than the 40 plus guys we see on the field.
