I would like to add Georg von Krogh's "Oranizational Epistemology, 1995,
St. Martin's Press, to this list. This book applies Maturana's concept of
autopoiesis to the process of knowledge creation and offers some valuable
theroetical insights as well as an interesting model of how it can be
applied. For further information I can send you a book review which should
be published in the IJOA special issue on LO's.
Best regards,
Thomas Bertels
