UH OH!
I was involved in "Track Management Method" in the mid-seventies.
It worked BUT:
1. It is really a form of Matrix Management
2. I know of successes ONLY when it is applied to finite-term
projects: no more than 3 years
3. It IS more egalatarian
4. We found we HAD TO add a "Human Factors and Change" Track
before we could get it to work.
I'd be VERY interested to know how this goes!
