Erle Wheatley has admirably continued the thoughts about respect's effect
on organizational learning and improvement. The effect of self-respect is
well knonw in every organization, especially in the family. Lack of it,
for example, in the teenager is cause for annoyance, concern,
difficulties, disaster. Animals with self respect thrive. Documentation
is everywhere.
