I have been enjoying the postings on the LO listserve for several months
now; this is my first attempt to get more actively involved. I am in the
process of leaving my position as head of a training department to return
to independant work designing and facilitating collaborative learning
environments, focussing on women and leadership, career transition, and
creative approaches to group work.

I was introduced recently to Tom Boydell's "Modes of Being and Learning"
in an article appearing in Training & Development, Nov. 92. Is anyone
familiar with Boydell's work? Know of anything he's published? Applying
his theories?
