I am interested in this list because of the importance of
organizations to continuously adapt and encourage their
employees to increase their knowledge. I have undertaken this
advice, starting as an electronic technologist back in 1968,
and progressing through marketing, going back to university
part time, graduating in 1991 with a degree in accounting,
and then completing the CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
designation in 1993.
I am interested in the impact of ineffective communications
on the motivation and commintment of employees in organizations.
I market a structured communications process, which has been
very effective at improving commitment to management inititives,
and reducing negativity in the workplace.
I would be interested in corresponding with anyone with
