Intro -- Gary Lynn LO3656

I have been on the sidelines and I'd like to introduce myself. I am
Gary Lynn, an assistant professor at the University of Alabama in
Huntsville. My research focus is in team learning in new product
development. On a current research project, I am realizing the
importance on organizational learning of 1) having a shared vision
on the team, 2) being in close proximity to others on the project, and
3) having people on the project who have a long tenure with the
company. Can anyone recommend references of empirical research
that has been performed that notes the importance of these four
factors on organizational learning?
