I LOVE this conversation!
Love is such a hard word to use. But, yes, when I am facilitating, or
leading, or co-doing, or playing even, it's love that is the center.
Sometimes the love is less qualified than others, less specific, only
really executable in the abstract. But, I'll tell you, when Im not
feeling that love, I'm definitely not able to help anyone facilitate
anything.
I've been having a similar problem with the Group Peak Experience issue.
I want to find a word describing what it's like when everybody is in FLOW
together. Coliberation is the word I've been using. But, it might as well
be love....
