Speaking of Gerald Weinberg, my absolutely favorite book of his is
_The Secrets of Consulting_. It's really a pragmatic commentary on
the business side of human nature.

One small idea: for almost a year now, I've been facilitating a
biweekly book group here at HP. We meet from 7:30 - 8:30 on a Friday
morning and rotate the pleasure of bring junk food breakfasts. We
also rotate the pleasure of choosing a book to read. There are no
boundaries at all on the selections, but all have been nonfiction. We
get about ten people, depending on traveling schedules. Many come
even if they haven't finished or even started the book, because the
books "merely" provide motivation for interesting discussions.

It's been a fun way of both learning and teambuilding.
