Hi I am Bob Luttman and I am healthcare management consultant,
specializing in helping hospitals and managed care organizations deal with
the great paradigm now underway in the industry. I use the tools and
concepts to get people to think their mental models and shift to new ones
ala the "scenario management" example in Fifth Discipline.

I have an extensive background in quality management, process
re-engineering, and industrial/management and use all of them, along with
LO tools, in my toolkit. I look forward to learning more through the
dialog on this list, especially since I see (read?) some old friends are
here as well.
