Judith McCrackin wrote of her experience at SEMATECH in identifying the
individual and team behaviors that support collaborative practices and the
value system of the organization. I would be very interested to learn
what others would consider the categories of behaviors and competencies
needed to develop to support a Learning Organization. My thinking is that
this could form the basis for integrating the traditional human resource
sytems of staffing, performance management, employee training and
development, team training, career development and reward systems.
