How do we (this forum-as a collective, searching for similar outcomes)
assist our organizations to internalize these "tools of the LO?" As a
member of an information systems division, I am challenged with providing
information systems which support this notion. But, where we get into
trouble is when the company -- possibly because we are a high tech company
-- "believes" that the answer to the question IS the technology and not
the internalized system thinking. From what I have observed, educators
"believe" education is the answer; consultants "believe" consulting is the
answer; scientists "believe" science is the answer; etc. Perhaps the true
answer lies somewhere else.
