Art,

You generated a very astute posting in reply to John O'Neill about
"Learning Histories." I liked your ideas about the dual "stake" in the
unfolding, never-ending stories of their companies.

One thought which stuck me as unusual was that a myth's usual message is
"someone screwed up". I don't agree that the screw-up is the message, but
rather closer to the medium for the message. The learning from myth is
perhaps based upon something as fundamental as Hope realized.
