Yeah, the "Good meeting" experience is definitely related to
Csikszentmihalyi's FLOW concept. Trouble is, FLOW is described only in
context of the individual experience. There is no model that I know of
(except the one I've developed -- as in my article on ME\WE on my website
http://www.omix.com/zine/DeKoven) that really focuses on the group
experience. I have had several conversations with Csikszentmihalyi about
my model (which was unashamedly derived from his FLOW diagram). We are in
agreement about the existence of group flow, and it's dynamics. But he has
done no research into this particular phenomenon, and all I have to draw
on are my experiences in meetings and the arts.
