Thanks for the push, Bernie. When you wrote about the examples from
"sporting" situations, I was reminded of an extensive exploration of such
experiences by Michael Murphy and Rhea White in a book called, _The
Psychic Side of Sports_. Micheal is the founder of Esalen Institute in
California and they do a fascinating job of linking transcendent
experiences from the spiritual traditions to reports from contemporary
athletes and others who have found the "flow" experience through physical
interactions in sports events. It just goes to show that the potential is
there whatever we are doing, and I'm sure that includes business meetings
along with Super Bowls and meditation.

I have found myself in a couple of meetings where the result felt greater
than the input from any one participant and the impact was invigorating
for all. Now as to how that happened, I'm not sure I could say precisely
at this point. I'll pay attention better the next time....
