Tobin, thnks for this expression. I too found that the "believing is
seeing" thing is very common, a lot more than we might want to accept it.
I hhave also found that tose think they "see it" because they "believe it"
have some more difficulties learning. They remind me of some of Argyris'
discussions in his paper "Teaching Smart People How to Learn," published
in Harvard Business Review.

Any other experiences on this?
