I'm working with a company that has just decided to create a team in
multi-geographic locations. We will have quarterly "in-person" meetings, but
the team will communicate via faxes and speaker-phones on a weekly basis.
Has anyone worked with a virtual team such as this? I am looking for
suggestions regarding format, structure, groundrules, training, agendas,
etc.
