Replying to LO2475 --

I have been working with a company that is going through some serious
organizational changes due to a buyout followed by an exodus of employees.
A consultant was brought in to interview people "anonomously" to find out
why people are leaving. The people I talked to were pleased with how the
interviewing process went and felt that they could be very open. The
final report is not yet in, however I have heard that many people said
lots of negative things. My question is "If the final report shows that
negative comments were attributed to 80 or 90% of the people interviewed
(and everyone knows who was interviewed)- how anonomous is it really?"
