Hi Barry

Re Leadership can be Taught

Thank you for the reference to the Parker Team Player Survey as a
training tool - do you have further information on its distributor
or any other source ?

I use the Meredith Belbin (1993) " Team Roles at Work"
Oxford; Butterworth- Heinemann for my MBA Leadership (third year
class) to illustrate diversity in teams. This tool is applicable in
a senior management seminar if a diverse group has to co-operate to
analyse strategic management for a group assignment.

How does the Parker Survey relate to the Belbin team roles concept ?

Regards,
