I know that this is going to sound very simple, but I believe that
politics and power are dealt very easily. We should not fight them off,
but as we build learning organizations politics and power will lose their
effect on organizational life. They may not totally disappear, but those
relying on porwer and politics would find themselves out of place. As the
organization learns to rely on brainpower, on the intellectual capacity of
its members, those who play politics and power would be force to become
learners too!

Sounds pretty easy, I know but ...
