I would like to add that *implementation* is never the same either.

So if data is not evenly shared, information is created within, and
created by unique beings ... then lets add the another level of complexity
in that the implementation of plans based on this information will also
vary by individual and organization.

It certaintly keeps the competition interesting, doesn't it? Starting to
sound a little like chaos theory.
