Could someone explain me why there is so much talks about not-doing & not
thinking in Learning-Org. I dont see the link.
Is it because I am european, I am very, very suspicious on all the
discussions about spirituality and soul. The religious flavour in this is
at best misleading. To say that there is in a state, a town, a company or
a mob something more than the interactions between its members is not very
new. Sociologists said that a century ago. Remember what Gustave Lebon
wrote on the crowds.
Is it of any use to understand organizations? I am not sure. Nobody ever
caught spirit or soul. As said a famous surgeon last century : "I never
found soul under my scalpel."
