Replying to LO995 --

Responding to Tim Dalmau LO995, and his question about the appropriateness
of organizational learning when a company is in deep financial crisis:

I'll make a wild assertion that unless the solution to the crisis is the
result of a collaborative design (aka organizational learning), the game's
over. As a corollary, I'll also assert that the reason for the crisis in
the first place was probably connected to the learning that *wasn't*
taking place.
