Dear Wayne,
It certainly sounds interesting to me, and I'd very much like to
see it. I'm trying to write about a cognitive theory of organizations -
what it might mean, how it might work, why traditional organization theory
is inadequate and needs to change in the cognitive direction. My interest,
of course, is in how organizations can help their inhabitants manage
(more) complexity (more) efficiently, since it seems as if EVERYTHING
organizational faces more complexity as time goes on.
Please keep me posted! Thanks for your info.
