If you believe the the principles of entropy and chaos, the process
of organizational reinvention is merely maintenance. If an entity is
not mainained, it will erode. This is true with all structures and
relationships, including organizations.

So we have the interesting question to ask the CEO: If you are not
maintaining your organization using the LO techniques, how are you
doing it? Successful companies such as 3M and GE have found their
ways. But an org chart and a training manual do not constitiute
anything like what is needed for true maintnenance!!
