If we accept the teachings of Anthony Robbins in his personal power
series, only the manipulatee is at fault. No one else can take the
responsibility for their reactions and behaviours.
I have been exposed to some of the great manipulators and have been
totally unimpacted. I have sometimes felt pity but that was fleeting.
In every case, they conceded a great deal of power and respect towards
me and, I think. they could not attribute the reasons for this respect.
They were not even AWARE of their own manipulative behaviour...
