Check out the February 13 1995 cover story in BusinessWeek called "GoGo
Goliaths" these are billion dollar companies that while they may not pay
homage to Peter Senge are the type of companies Senge had in mind while
writing the Fifth Discipline. They detail specific lessons learned from
these companies in most paragraphs' topic sentences.

Then while you are at it check into Lincoln Electric to find your
shared accountability model of Taylorism.
