I like the logic and reasoning behind the ideas in your mission statement
- yet I have a concern. My concern is that one group (management) is
working to figure out how another group (supervisors) can and should
change. I would think more learning might result if the supervisors and
the people they report to could themselves think through what needs to
change and how. I recognize that in there is a risk that this group
might not create the kind of change that the management team sees as
necessary - but learning is such a powerful force, it seems a change to
waste the potential learning.
