<<<<how to motivate......>>>>>

Welcome, Carol. The little snippet about "how to motivate..."caught my
eye. The "mental model" that we can, indeed, motivate has, perhaps,
created an environment where we focus on manipulating or adjusting or
cleansing (whatever) others to our way. I've "messaged" about this
before....so please bear with me....isn't this simply an allusion, illusion,
perception of control? We don't motivate anyone...motivation is
intrinsic...working together to facilitate and enhance an environment
where motivation for study for a longer fix and continuous study for
improvement can flouish...is about the best we can do. What do you
think? Welcome, again....your project sounds wonderfully interesting.
