No question that any change manager needs to listen to what the
organization is saying to them and deal with it in an open-minded way.
This is a lot different than accepting the resistance to action.
Most resistance is from fear of the unknown and its possible
adverse impacts on the individual.
Any change process needs to constantly be looking for input
which can be in the form of organizational knowledge, sometimes showing up
in the form of resistance.
