Michael Ayers talks about a Design Log in which designers can pass on their
design rationale to subsequent designers.
I'm curious about the makeup of the designers. Are they the IT group? Are
the people who will use the results of their efforts also involved in the
design process and decisions? How are these design "rules" captured? How
are they used by people on later design teams? Did you ever define critical
success factors for these efforts-if so, what are they?
