Replying to LO405 --

On Peter Senge's models of Dialogue: Peter borrowed (with credit)
much of the material from Bill Isaacs and other researchers/
practitioners associated with The Dialog Project and the DiaLogos
Institute in Cambridge, MA.

Bill is currently working on a book about dialogue which may
help with making the practice clearer. In the meantime, we
included a fair amount of material on dialogue practice in
The Fifth Discipline Fieldbook. Unless others would suggest
other sources, it's where I would look first. To my knowledge,
it's the only attempt to delineate the practice in print
so far.

There are also two books by David Bohm which may help: One is called On
Dialogue, and the other is an extended interview. Unfortunately, I don't
have the references handy.
