This "Corporate Knowledge Repository" which you indicate in-forms, or
contributes to in-forming, the set of organizational comptencies would
surely be much more than a database. Would it not include Practices, and
the transmission of those Practices "from generation to generation", so to
speak? Hence a cultural learning process? This "happens" anyway within any
organization; question is: by becoming self-reflective about it, by
dialoging, by critiquing,etc one can improve the quality, efficacy,
effectiveness of knowledge/practice.
