I've read the last few messages on the motivation thread and I'd like to toss
my .02 in the ring.
Motivation' I've been taught, is the product of two factors:
1. Value -- Does the indiviudal know the value of what they're doing or
suppose to do.
2. Confidence -- Does the individual have the confidence to be
successful in his/her attempt to do whatever they're about to do.
