Cases to help on mission/vision LO404

I apologize that I have not introduced myself to subscribers yet, since I
have found the discussions much more meaningful on this list than any of
the others to which I have subscribed. My name is Margaret Holt. I am an
associate professor of adult education at the University of Georgia. We
have approximately 150 graduate students in our program, and many work on
topics that are connected to subjects addressed in these conversations. I
teach courses such as instructional methods, adult learning theory, and
program development. If anyone could send me some references for "cases"
that might benefit organizations trying to shape their mission/vision
constructs, I would be pleased to know about them. Again, I want to
express a very sincere appreciation for the quality of talk on this
listserv. I also work as an assoc iate with the Kettering Foundation
where we say "talk is not cheap."
