Thanks Lexie for the inspiration.

I suspect that even Champy's comments to his children are only based on a
present interpretation of what the future might be. Certianly the
perception that I grew up with about stable organizations and people
struggling to be a part of them has shifted to unstable organizations
struggling to find people to change with them. Heerbert O'Driscoll
recently commented that there are many bright creative people in
organizations doing very creative things but the orgaizations are id deep
distress. The good people are leaving with those who are no longer needed.
I have over heard conversations between very capable and knowledgeable
about abandonment of the organization going independent or early retiring.
The conceptual knowledge that was a core factor in corporations is moving
through our interorg systems so fast the very definitional base is in
constant turmoil. Reordering and rethinking the system seems to be
happening through groups of individuals banding together for specific
ventures and regrouping for others. If this trend continues what happens
to the corporation definition of economic structure? Also whats ahppens to
all of the attending structures that exist to handle all the transactions?
